At Home Middle School is an amazing FREE website that offers year-long studies for grades 6-8. It was created by web developer, former professor, and homeschooling mom Melissa Caldwell. She realized homeschooling can be very challenging, so she created this resource to make the homeschooling journey easier for families. We use At Home Middle School in our homeschool. It is easy to implement, and we especially enjoy the videos! Amazingly, she offers this curriculum for FREE! She also offers Language Arts, Science, Math, Social Studies, Poetry, Spanish, Coding, Creative Writing, Chess, and Great Artists for free.

At Home Middle School’s Math is a solid choice for families seeking a straightforward, no-cost curriculum for the middle school years. We have used Right Start Math in our homeschool and enjoyed it. Each lesson took us between 10-20 minutes to complete. Even though we switched to Singapore Math this year, we still use the card games and manipulatives from Right Start. The only reason we switched is because it didn’t fit my learner’s style, but I do highly recommend this curriculum!
